Focus: The focus of this document is to provide you steps on integrate Basecamp New with Quote Roller

What does the integration do? The integration will allow you to send your created proposals to Basecamp New to create new projects.

Please note: In order for this integration to work, you will need an active and paid account with BaseCamp, per their policies of using an integration.

Step 1: Login into Your Quote Roller Account.

Step 2: On the Upper right, click on Settings click on Integrations on the lower left. Find the Basecamp New integration and click on the enable button.

Step 3:  Connecting Basecamp New with Quote Roller.

A. Login into your account.
B. Click on the button “Yes, I’ll allow access”.

Step 4: Basecamp New Settings

A. Create projects form Proposals. Check this box and click on Save.

Congratulations! Your Quote Roller account is now connected with Basecamp New.

Step 5: Creating a project in Basecamp New, based up on the Quote Roller Proposal.

A. In your Quote Roller account, go through the process of creating a proposal. Either send the proposal to your client or “Save As Sent”.   Then click on “Create project in Basecamp New” on the right.

A. Next, you will get this message, “The proposal will be converted to a Basecamp project and you will be redirected to a newly project page. The new project will be assigned to the primary company of your Basecamp New account.
B. Click OK at the bottom.
C. Quote Roller will process this request
D. After the request is processed, it will take you to your Basecamp New account with the new project opened.
