Batchbook Integration with Quote Roller

Focus: The focus of this document is to provide you steps on how to integrate Batchbook into your Quote Roller Account.

What does the integration do? This integration allows you to sync your contacts from Batchbook into your Quote Roller account.

Step 1: Login into Your Quote Roller Account.

Step 2: Click on Settings, then click on integrations. Find Batchbook and click on the “Enable” button.

Step 3: Connecting Batchbook with Quote Roller.

A. The following can be found by logging into your Batchbook Account, click here.

B. To find the domain name: click on “Login” and enter in your email address.
a. Add the domain to your Domain name field for the integration. It should look something like this: yourcompany.batchbook.com

C. To Find the Authentication token  in Batchbook
a. Login into your account.
b. Click on your name link on the upper right and select “Settings”
c. Copy the Token and paste it to the Authentication Token in for this integration.

D. Click Save
E. Quote Roller will process the request, if this is done correctly, you will receive the following message, “Your Batchbook settings have been saved successfully”.

Step 4: Once the integration has been completed, the next display will be with Quote Roller and now you can “Sync” your Batchbook Contacts with Quote Roller.

A. Sync Contacts. Click the sync button. After this has been completed, you will receive an email message from Quote Roller that the contacts have been imported. For your convenience with also provide you with a .TXT file of the contacts that were imported into Quote Roller.

Congratulations, you have successfully integrated your Batchbook clients into Quote Roller!

Step 5:  Viewing your Batchbook Clients in Quote Roller. Click on Clients. Any client that has the “Batchbook” icon came from Batchbook.

Step 6: Re syncing and reviewing the last sync. If you ever need to re sync or obtain date/time of the last sync. This can be done under Clients > Import Contacts.
