Focus: The focus of this Self Help article is to provide you information and steps in order to add custom “Period” and select the default Unit for your Subscription Catalog Items

Step 1: Click on Catalog > Settings > Services & Subscriptions, then look for Subscriptions à Period

Step 2: To add additional Periods, enter in name in the “Name of Period” field and click the orange button “Save”. To set a unit as the default, use the radio button and choose your selection, then click the orange button to “Save”.

Step 3: Now when you are adding a new Subscription Catalog Item, the default will automatically be selected or you can change to another Period, including the one that you added.
