Focus: The focus of this document is to provide you steps on how to integrate Zoho CRM into your Quote Roller Account.

What does the integration do? This integration allows you to sync your contacts from Zoho into your Quote Roller account.

Step 1: Login into Your Quote Roller Account.

Step 2: Click on Settings, then click on integrations. Find Zoho CRM and click on the “Enable” button.

Step 3: Connecting Zoho CRM with Quote Roller.

A. In order to connect the two services, you will need to locate the “Authentication token” from your account.
B. Login into your Zoho  CRM account, http://www.zohocrm.com
C. To create a new Authorization token, click here. If you need help with Zoho CRM tokens, click here.
D. To Find your Existing Tokens, click on the upper right picture for your settings and click on “My Account”
E. Click on “Active Authtokens”
F. Copy your token and add it to your Quote Roller account
G. Click Save
H. Quote Roller will process the request. If successful, you will receive this message, “Your Zoho CRM Settings have been saved successfully.”

 Step 4: Once the integration has been completed, the next display will be with Quote Roller and now you can “Sync” your Zoho CRM Contacts with Quote Roller.

A. Sync Contacts. Click the sync button. After this has been completed, you will receive an email message from Quote Roller that the contacts have been imported. For your convenience with also provide you with a .TXT file of the contacts that were imported into Quote Roller.

Congratulations, you have successfully integrated your Zoho CRM Clients into Quote Roller!

Step 5:  Viewing your Zoho CRM Clients in Quote Roller. Click on Clients.  Any client that has the “Zoho CRM” icon came from Zoho CRM

Step 6: Re syncing and reviewing the last sync. If you ever need to re sync or obtain date/time of the last sync. This can be done under Clients > Import Contacts.
