Focus: The focus of this Self Help article is to provide you information and steps in order to add a client and how to edit them.
Please note: Quote Roller is designed for Business to Business, meaning that a Company Name is required field. Although, Clients can be setup if your client/contact does not have a business name, you simply can use First Inital_Last Name for the Company Name.
Step 1: Click on Clients. This will take you to the Clients over view
Step 2: To add a client, click on “Add a client”.
Step 3: Please fill out as much information as you can about the company and the primary contact. The Company Name is the only required field, but if you want to send a proposal, you will need to also include First Name, Last Name and Email address of the contact associated with this company. Please be sure to click the Save button to save the contact.
Step 4: Now you will see the contact in your client overview. If you ever need to “edit” the company or client, click on edit, next to the name of the Company Name.
Step 5: Here you can edit the Company information. If you need to change the contact information, click on their name. If you would like to add additional contacts to this company, you can click on “Add a new Contact”.
