How to customize email notifications

Focus: The focus of this Self Help article is to provide you information and steps in order customize email notifications that will go out for team members and your clients.

Please note: By Default Quote Roller has already created existing email templates that will be used, however they can be customized. Each email also has the ability to use “tokens” to auto-fill information into the email. You will see a list of “Available Tokens” on the right, in which you can select, copy and paste into the emails.

Step 1: Locating the emails that can be customized.  Go to Settings > Labels & Emails > Emails. You have two tabs, “Emails sent to clients” and “Emails sent to team members”.  Each of these emails are configurable. After your changes, be sure to click on the orange “Save Emails” button to save these changes.
