Focus: The focus of this Self Help article is to provide you information and steps on how to import Catalog items to your Quote Roller account, using a CSV File.

Step 1: Selecting the Quote Roller Catalog type and using the import function. Each type of item in Quote Roller: Service, Product and Subscription have their own Import feature. In this example, we will be importing items to Services.

Step 2: Click on “Choose File”, Select the file from your computer and click on “Next”.  Please note:   If you would like your items to be Alphabetized A to Z in Quote Roller, make sure to Sort your .CSV Catalog Name Z to A, as the Quote Roller system will process the last item on the list first. Step 3: Under the column “CSV files fields”, use the dropdown list and select the column from the CSV that corresponds to the Quote Roller Fields. Click the orange button “Done” when you are all finished.

Step 4: The Quote Roller system will process the request and send you an email when it is completed. It will look like this. When you have received this, go back to the Catalog and your items should be imported.
