Focus: The focus of this Self Help article is to provide you information and steps in order to import clients from a CSV File.
Step 1: Click on Clients. This will take you to the Clients over view. Click on Import contacts on the left. Then click on the “Import button” for CSV.
Step 2: Click on “Choose file”. Select the file from your computer and click on “Next”.
Step 3: Under the column “CSV files fields”, use the dropdown list and select the column from the CSV that corresponds to the Quote Roller Fields.
Please note: You will need at the Company Name, Contact First Name, Contact Last Name and Contact Email address in order to perform an import because these 4 fields are required.
Step 4: Check your email, and you will receive an email from the Quote Roller system, with a subject on “The contacts import from CSV is done”.
Step 5: Go back to your Quote Roller account; click on Clients and now your import clients will be available.
