How to set primary contact for a company?

Focus: The focus of this Self Help article is to provide you information and steps in order to set a contact as the primary contact for the Company.

Step 1: Click on Clients. This will take you to the Clients over view

Step 2: Next to the company name, click on edit.

Step 3:  Over on the right, find the name of the contact and click on the name.

Step 4:  Under the email address field, check the box for “This contact will be used as primary”, then click SAVE.

Step 5: Now, when you select this client in Step 2 of the proposal process, the client that is selected for Primary will show up in the list and be checked.
