How to use your own email address for email sent out of Quote Roller?

Focus: The focus of this Self Help article is to provide you information and steps in order to use your own email address that is used for the “From” filed for emails sent out of the Quote Roller System.

Please note:  By default, emails sent out from Quote Roller, use the email address no-reply@quoteroller.com for the “From” email address. If you use this option, this will use the email address that you have setup in Settings > Profile. If you have multiple team members in your account, it will use the registered email address for that team member.

Step 1: To configure your account to use your own email address. Go to Settings > Company, scroll down and you will have a checkbox option “Use original email address to send notifications to client”. Check that box, scroll down and click on the orange “Save” button to save these changes.
