Focus: The focus of this Self Help article is to provide you information and steps in order to archive and unarchive a proposal.

Why archive a proposal? If you have many sent proposals and want to clean up those, you can archive them. You would never want to delete proposals from the Quote Roller system. Archive and save them to your account.

Please note: When you archive a proposal, this proposal will no longer show on your Dashboard.

Step 1: To archive a Proposal. Click on Proposals > Sent. In the Sent status section; find the proposal and click on “Archive” next to the name.

Step 2: To view Archive Proposals. Go to Proposals >Archive.

Step 3: To unarchive a proposals. Go to Proposals > Archive, find your archived proposal and click on “unarchive” next to the name.
