Focus: The focus of this Self Help article is to provide you information and steps in order to set a Security passcode in order to view the proposal.

Please note: If you set a password or code to open the proposal, please be sure to email your client that code/phrase. If you enable this option, your client will not be able to view the proposal  without it.

Step 1: Create or edit an existing proposal.  Go to Step 4 finalize. On the left, under Proposal options, you will have an option for “Enable Password protected access”. Click on the slider button to the “ON” position. Enter in a passcode or phrase and then Save or send the proposal.
